
嶽峰 (M.D., Ph.D.), 365英国上市官网在线教授、博士研究生導師。首都醫科大學神經病學專業醫學博士、臨床醫學專業博士後。北京大學光華管理學院高級管理人員工商管理碩士。1994-2003年在新疆醫科大學第一附屬醫院神經内科從事臨床診療、教學與科研工作,曆任主治醫師,講師,副主任醫師,副教授。2008-2020年在首都醫科大學宣武醫院/北京市老年病醫療研究中心工作,曆任副主任醫師、副研究員、研究員。
長期從事神經系統疾病臨床診療、基礎與轉化醫學研究工作。參與建立了國内早期獲得aaalac國際資質認證的專業靈長類動物實驗室,負責實驗技術平台運營管理。探索實踐了基于人類疾病靈長類動物模型及其靈長類動物實驗平台的轉化醫學研究與新藥研發服務模式,拓展了多項與國内外新藥研發機構、生物技術公司以及大學、科研院所的研究合作。曾在美國威斯康星國家靈長類研究中心及制藥企業等機構學習培訓。
當前主要工作是開展中樞神經系統疾病的基礎與轉化醫學研究,以及基于非人靈長類模式動物的腦科學/轉化醫學研究條件支持平台的運行。
研究方向:
1)神經退行性疾病(阿爾茨海默病、帕金森氏病)發病學研究。應用系統性、多維尺度方法開展神經退行性疾病早期發病與演化機制的研究。
2)中樞神經系統疾病神經功能重建研究。基于神經系統疾病拟臨床靈長類動物模型以及微生理系統仿真模型,開展神經功能重建研究。
課題、專利與獎項:
主持國家重點研發計劃“幹細胞及轉化研究”重點專項課題,神經幹細胞在重大神經疾病猴模型中的臨床前評估”;“十二五”國家高技術研究發展計劃 (863計劃)“代謝類重大疾病靈長類模型的研發”課題以及國家自然科學基金面上項目。參與科技創新2030-“腦科學與類腦研究”重大項目”腦疾病模型猴制備與疾病早期診斷指标建立”課題。獲授權發明專利7項,已受理公開的發明專利、實用新型專利12項;獲省級科學技術獎2項。
